Don’t bother about the raincoat. These are three major SS15 trends you must own!

From the bohemian elegance of some flowing figure to the immaculate white that is a must for every romantic soul out there to the amazing in your face sexiness of the glam trend, the SS15 collections had something for everyone. As long as you know which label to trust, which designer to invest in for a wardrobe beyond any season.

Hippy deluxe Etro_Chloe_RobertoCavalliStepping straight out of the ’70s, these long , light and flowing dresses are an absolute hit for those days of summer, when laziness finds respectability under some island moon. This season, the luxury bohemian trend took to the runway in hippy the way only Etro does, in  kaleidoscope motifs at Roberto Cavalli and in feminine lace and pleats like Chloé toyed it on the runway. Trend spotted on the catwalk at: Etro, Chloé, Roberto Cavalli.

White laceValentino_RobertoCavalli_Chloe Like the heroines of  the romantics, the models at the fashion shows were dressed in light fabrics that played on the transparency of an ethereal white lace. The intricate fabric delicately unveils the bare skin, like lifting a veil of desire, like flipping through the pages of a new romantic poem. Trend spotted on the catwalk at: Valentino, Roberto Cavalli, Chloé.

GlamSaintLAURENT_jpGaultier_IsabelMarantFrom Paris to New York the runway was geared up for an all-night party. Obviously the 70’s nightlife opus “Saturday night fever” was the inspiration for the sparkling leopard dress at Saint Laurent but that was not the last drop of glam in last season’s fashion shows. The element of night walking is evident in the ultra-short, one-shouldered dress seen at Isabel Marant and if we have to comment on the shiny strapless dress at the Jean Paul Gaultier show, we can only spell OMG once more. What a piece to say farewell to the people. Trend spotted on the catwalk at: Jean Paul Gaultier, Isabel Marant, Saint Laurent.
